e5 mode asked us to rethink their outdated online personal shopper appointment tool.
We designed a new contemporary look for the whole web application and matched a new interface to the fresh e5 customer journey. Our main goal was clear: “ to make booking an appointment simple and stupid”.
We custom developed the tool and connected this to the existing internal e5 systems and remarketing tools.
Our approach resulted in 200% increase in personal shopping appointments and a very happy client :)
